A short introductory conversation designed to understand your story, where the organization is today, and what you are building next. This is a mutual fit discussion, not a sales pitch. We will explore what is changing as you grow, where complexity is increasing, and whether Ash and Cedar is the right partner for the next stage.
Cancellation Policy
To respect everyone’s time, please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance. If something urgent comes up, no problem. Just send a quick note and we will find a better time. If you are running late, feel free to join when you can. Sessions will still end at the scheduled time unless we agree otherwise. Thank you, and I look forward to speaking with you.
